It's all in the hips. I recognize that all my running related injuries came from as a result of my weak hips.

I first took up triathlon as cross trainings and I also need some distractions from running when I plateaued. Then I realized this is what I really want. I fell in love with the sport and like every triathletes I too want to set my feet on the Big Island for Ironman World Championship someday (maybe by winning my AG when I am 70)
